There’s no point of doing anything unless there’s an end game. My end game is to live a better life by choosing a healthier lifestyle.

Since I starting my journey back in April, I’ve struggled with goals and have adjusted them multiple times. I typically have weekly goals which help me stay active. One of my recent weekly goals which has kept me going even when I didn’t want to. Be active at least 4 days per week.

General Overarching Goals:

  1. Get healthy
  2. Lose weight
  3. Look good
  4. Live a fuller life
  5. Have more energy
  6. Sleep early / Wake up early
  7. Keep an acitve lifetyle into my old age

Running Goals

  1. Run a full mile at 8 minute pace
  2. Run a 5K without stopping
  3. Run a 5K under 30 minutes
  4. Run a 5K under 25 minutes
  5. Run a 5K under 21 minutes
  6. Run a 10K without stopping
  7. Run a 10K under 55 minutes
  8. Run a half marathon
  9. Run a half marathon without stopping
  10. Run a full marathon

Cycling Goals

  1. Ride 50 miles in one session
  2. Ride 100 miles in one session
  3. Participate in the PAN Mass Challenge – 192 miles over 2 days
  4. Participate in the MS Ride – 170 miles over 2 days


  1. Participate and complete a Spartan race
  2. Participate and complete a Tough Mudder race
  3. Complete an olympic size triathlon
  4. Complete an Ironman 70.3

I am sure I’ll be revising this goals and I’ll be making updates, mainly adds and crossing off the list. I do not intend to remove goals.
