Two weeks ago when I wrote down my goals for the week I felt good at the end of the week when I was able to check off everything on list. This week I will attempt it again and see how it goes. At the end of the day if I don’t achieve everything on the list I’m still ahead than not doing anything at all.
This week is a short week due to Independence Day Holiday, so I’ll adjust accordingly.
- New wake up time – 5:30 am all weekdays left (T-F).
- Walk/Run in the morning for at least one hour every weekday.
- Walk/Run in the evening for at least one hour twice during the week and twice during the weekend.
- Upgrade bike to something better
I’m doing this at midnight and need to get to bed to get up early tomorrow 🙂 I will probably come back to it and make small additions later in the week.
